Fridge Filter Direct – Store Policies

Welcome to Fridge Filter Direct. By using this website and purchasing products, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Non-OEM / Replacement Products
    All our refrigerator water filters are replacement filters and not original manufacturer (OEM) products. They may not include the original manufacturer packaging.
  2. No Returns or Exchanges for Opened or Used Products
    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:
  • Opened
  • Installed
  • Used

Only unopened items in their original shipment condition may be eligible for return if approved by our support team.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@fridgefilterdirect.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
  2. Shipping Costs for Returns
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
  1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
  • We ship from U.S.-based warehouses for fast delivery.
  • Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  1. Order Tracking
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.
  • Allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
  1. Delivery Exceptions
  • Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking orders.
  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Report within 7 days with order number and photos.
  • Replacement or refund will be handled at our discretion.
