Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from U.S.-based warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders—see details at checkout.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
International orders cannot be processed at this time.
6. Delivery Exceptions

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact support@fridgefilterdirect.com
 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
