1. Non-OEM / Replacement Products
All our refrigerator water filters are replacement filters and not original manufacturer (OEM) products. They are tested to meet high-quality standards but may not include the original manufacturer packaging.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been:
Opened
Installed
Used in any way
Only unopened products in their original shipment condition may be eligible for return, if specifically approved.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will:
Arrange a replacement, or Issue a refund at our discretion

4. Return Procedure

with:
Order number
Photo of the unopened product
Reason for return
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly sent.
